Prof. Dr. Klemens Joos

Chairman


Prof. Dr. Klemens Joos is the founder and CEO of the EUTOP Group, a governmental relations agency he established in 1990 while still a student. 

Today, EUTOP stands as the largest owner-managed governmental relations firm in the European Union, supporting organizations in their engagement with EU institutions and operating across all major member states.

In addition, Prof. Dr. Joos heads EUXEA Holding GmbH, a diversified group of companies active in real estate, services, trade, and perspective change (OnePager Group).

He also shares his expertise as a lecturer on political stakeholder management at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where he was appointed Honorary Professor in 2022. His book Convincing Political Stakeholders was republished in 2023.

Dr. Haochun Ma

CEO


Dr. Haochun Ma brings over a decade of experience across finance, research, product management, consulting, and software engineering.

During his doctorate in Physics & AI, he invented machine learning algorithms for the causal analysis of complex systems and the prediction of chaos.

Building on this foundation, he applied his algorithms to financial market forecasting and advised international family offices on quantitative investment strategies. 

He was subsequently invited to become a founding partner and CTO of a public equity hedge-fund, launched in collaboration with a Munich-based family office.

He is also co-founder and managing director of the Center for Software Engineering Excellence (CSEE), a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing emerging engineering talents.


Lorenz Kammer

Lorenz Kammer serves as Vice President Strategy & Operations at EUTOP Group and EUXEA Holding GmbH, where he focuses on strategic development and organizational transformation.

Previously, he worked as Investor and Generative AI Lead at Picus Capital, a global venture capital firm, where he led early-stage investments and built AI-driven strategies across multiple industries.

He bridges the gap between the two worlds of generative AI and governmental relations through his experiences in his current and former role.

He studied Management & Technology at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Technology Management at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM),and Business Administration at ESADE.

Amin Ben Saad

CTO


  Amin Ben Saad is a software engineer who has led over 20 technical teams on high-impact projects with 14 companies. There, he worked closely with executives and C-level leadership to deliver AI-powered software solutions. 

He specializes in developing machine learning algorithms for single-cell biology and advises Immunai,a leading startup in the biotech sector.

He studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where he designed and launched two of the university’s most selective, hands-on engineering courses.

He is also co-founder and managing director of the Center for Software Engineering Excellence (CSEE), a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing emerging engineering talents.
